Britney Spears was spotted stopping buy Starbucks in Encino for a refreshing iced coffee drink on Friday afternoon (November 20).

Continuing to put in the hard work as she approaches her big comeback/CD release next month, the “Gimme More” singer can soon be seen like never before in a 90-minute documentary airing on MTV this Sunday (November 30).

During the hour and a half long inside look, Spears admits that loneliness led to wrong choices, although she complains that her life is “too in-control. There’s no excitement. There’s no passion.”

“I was a pretty cool chick and I’m really not that way anymore,” Britney tells. She tries to keep things in perspective, more appropriately adding, “I think, it could be a lot worse. … People have it a lot worse than I do.”
