According to a close source that singer Britney Spears’s custody settlement with her ex Kevin Federline came at a price of $20,000 a month in child support.

The source confirms that she’ll now pay Federline with increment of $5,000 in $15,000 a month in child support.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, a Federline’s lawyer, also received $250,000 for his case fees.


The source added that Britney was seeking for a formalization of her increased visitation that is obtained over recent weeks, and the additional overnight. She got both of those requests.

Spears currently sees her children twice a week with one overnight, and now will get an additional overnight by year’s end, barring any setbacks.

After Friday’s hearing, at a press conference Kaplan said that this has been a long ordeal and for it to be over makes him very happy.
